PASSENGER TERMINAL

The newly renovated (+) passenger terminal is located at the end of the pier and offers a wide range of services and amenities for passengers such as public telephones, restrooms, tourism information desk, immigration, health, and (-) security and customs offices.
 

The terminal building is fully air-conditioned and there are security X-ray machines and metal detectors for passengers and luggage at both entrances (?).

There is a taxi rank situated in (at) the front of the passenger terminal building as well as an ATM for cash withdrawal.

CHECK-IN SALOON
The newly built check-in saloon is located opposite the passenger terminal. The check-in saloon has two welcoming desks near the entrance. There are in total twelve desks offering passengers to complete their check-in procedures smoothly and begin their cruises. All desks have 220 V European type plugs as well as (Cat 5) data cables for laptops. All 14 data cables go to a main switch box. The laptops can be connected to the vessel’s system through the main cable of the vessel’s satellite dish via the data cables in this box.

There are also two other designated desks providing services for passengers beginning their voyages to Rhodes. The Check-in saloon is fully air-conditioned.
